These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern all sales made on the website of Bian Matcha (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “Bian Matcha”), to any person making a purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
By placing an order on our site, the Customer acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without restriction or reservation.

Bian Matcha offers for sale:
imported matcha,
accessories related to matcha preparation (bamboo whisks, bowls, spoons, kits, etc.).
Product descriptions and photos are provided for informational purposes. Slight variations may exist, particularly for handmade accessories, without affecting their quality or use.
- Prices
All prices are indicated in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes (GST, QST, or others) are added at the time of payment, in accordance with current legislation.
Delivery fees are displayed separately before final order confirmation.
Bian Matcha reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.
- Order
An order is considered firm and final once:
payment is completed,
and order confirmation is sent by email.
Bian Matcha reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or obvious error in price or availability.
- Payment
Payments are made online via secure payment platforms.
Bian Matcha does not have access to the Client’s banking information at any time.
- Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Bian Matcha cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, events beyond its control, or incorrect information provided by the Customer.
Initial delivery fees are non-refundable, even in the event of an accepted return, unless required by law.
- Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy, available on our website.
As a reminder:
Food products (matcha) are final sales, except in case of defect or error.
Accessories may be returned under certain conditions.
Legal guarantees provided by Quebec law apply at all times.
- Legal Guarantees
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, products sold by Bian Matcha benefit from legal guarantees, including the guarantee of quality and normal use.
No provision of these Terms limits or excludes such guarantees.
- Liability
Bian Matcha cannot be held responsible for:
improper use of products,
inadequate storage of matcha after delivery,
or indirect damages related to the use of products.

All content present on the Bian Matcha website (texts, images, logos, visuals, brands) is protected by applicable laws and remains the exclusive property of Bian Matcha.
Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
